What happens during an appointment:
Your initial appointment :
(60 to 90 minutes).
We usually discuss:
1. Lifestyle (eating, drinking, family, work, responsibilities).
2. Medical history (past and current).
3. Weight (check your weight and/or take body circumference measurements (if applicable).
4. Food (allergies, intolerances, likes or dislikes).
5. Medications (past and current).
6. Laboratory results (if available).
7. Nutrition goals (short and long term).
Your follow appointment :
( 3 to 4 weeks later and takes 45 to 60 minutes).
We usually discuss your:
1. Progress towards your nutrition goals.
2. Weight (recheck or retake your body measurements (if applicable).
3. Next set of goals and how to get them accomplished.
